Peter Beling

Biography
Dr. Peter A. Beling (Co-PI) is a Professor in the Grado Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at VT and is Director of the Intelligent Systems Division of the VT National Security Institute. Prior to VT, Dr. Beling was Professor of Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia, where he was PI and Co-Director of the Center for Visual and Decision Informatics (CVDI) IUCRC (IIP-1650512). He currently directs the CREATORS Academic Cyber Institute, a consortium of VT, Old Dominion University, and Norfolk State University that provides experiential learning opportunities in cybersecurity to ROTC and defense-minded civilian undergraduate students.
Dr. Beling is responsible for outreach to DOD and IC partners.
